So in my desire to maintain good health, I embarked on the idea of running again......it’s now been over 5 years since I broke my foot and I haven’t resumed the practice. Sunday I decided to observe the people taking advantage of the seine river walk way. In my observation, I discovered perhaps a major health risk..... “They are all running into the virus”. Monkey see Monkey do.....not Adu....I needed to apply an exercise that reflect my state of being and where I wanted to go in life......
